Climb to Peña Montañesa

Peña Montañesa (2291 m) is the highest point of the mountain Sierra Ferrera in Huesca Sobrarbe. It is located north of Ainsa. 

To reach the starting point for this climb, we go to Ainsa where on the crossroad we drive to Campo. We pass the village, 7 km more and reach Arro. We turn (already signaled) to the monastery San Victorian, 15km above.

At 2 km after passing the village of Oncins, we will see the path on the left side, well indicated.

We can leave the car next to the old church Virgen del Pilar and at 1 km before the Monastery of San Victorian.
